If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
New Patients
For our new patients, the first consultation is to be paid directly. Billing is on a fee-for-service basis according to the national fee structures. We accept payment in cash or by credit card.
At the end of the consultation, you will receive a report for your home doctor, as well as the necessary documents for the refund of your treatment.
For the first appointment, please plan to come 10 minutes early to fill out the registration form.
QUESTION / ANSWER
Can I have an appointment with the doctor right away?
Yes, the granting of an appointment during the day will depend on the doctor's availability and the degree of urgency of the consultation's reason. A supplement for urgent consultation will be charged.
Blood sampling
Blood samples are preferably taken on an empty stomach in the morning, from Monday to Friday.
Test results
Test results are shared during a consultation with the doctor so that he can provide advice including all the necessary information.

Professional driver's and firefighter's license evaluations
